I miss updating this. I had received an email saying one of my old photobucket accounts was going to be deleted so I logged into it and it had hundreds of old LJ icons I had made. I'm actually sort of amazed that I had the time to do all that now! Amazing. Sometimes I get these fits of nostalgia so I guess it's good I'm updating you, LJ.
School started back up, which is good. I got used to the massive amount of free time during the summer but it still felt a bit weird to me. Like I didn't quite know what to do with myself. I guess the idleness was good for me. Maybe. I'm back to being in full workaholic mode, tho I'm taking the time out to update this so I guess it isn't all bad. I feel like so much has happened that there's no way I could write about all of it.
In short I - quit my job that I hated! Decided to only be a student and started doing 6 classes. Found a new part time job that I love that involves designing websites. Got honest to god straight As last semester, at a challenging, tough, competitive school, something I had never done before in my life.Applied to be a real day student at FiT. Was completely discouraged with that goal believing it would never happen. Got the call from FiT saying that my status had been changed to full time day for fall 09. Enrolled in 7 classes. Realised I would have my associates degree in May, and my BFA in 2.5 years if I worked hard. Am currently working hard and very tired.
And that's only school!! Matt has been doing exciting stuff, I have been doing exciting stuff, life has been interesting and good, or boring and good depending on the day. I'm only hoping the momentum keeps up and that I can stay onboard and do well.
Ok LJ, I promise I will try not to go a year without updating again. Maybe.
